Job Responsibilities
1. Familiar with the company's products, application and understand the market of related products.
2. Understand the market dynamics to develop different sales strategies to expand market share.
3. Make near-term and long-term sales plans, and define the target to product and customer level. Maintain the continuous growth of the core business vanillin and other products by actively developing new customers.
4. Visit target customers, follow up the discussions in meeting, and explore business opportunities for possible cooperation.
6. Familiar with the management process of international key accounts to improve customer satisfaction, market share and WTP.
7. Analyze and summarize reasons for sales growth and decline, explore potential growth customers and existing threats.
8. Organize and participate in domestic and overseas exhibitions, and find potential customers.
10. Take appropriate payment methods and effective means to avoid the risk of capital flow.
Qualifications for Employment
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in biology or chemistry is preferred.
2. At least 3 years marketing/sales experience, familiar with international trade is preferred.
3. Passed CET-4 (CET6 is preferred), fluent in oral English, professional written English, basic skills of business communication and negotiation.
4. Proficient in computer operation and office software application;
5. Have strong enterprising spirit and team spirit, quick learning ability and strong ability to work under pressure.
Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and optimize separation and purification process of products in microbial fermentation liquid: including experimental design, operation, data analysis and report writing.
2. Assist the team in the design of project schemes, and conducted small trial, pilot scale up and mass production experiments according to the process route.
3. Write experimental reports, standard operating procedures of separation process and other technical documents.
4. Cooperate with the microbial fermentation team to accelerate the development of the project.
Qualifications for Employment
1. Bachelor degree or above in applied chemistry, Chemical engineering, Biological engineering or related field.
2. Familiar with the principle and procedure of separation and purification, experience in extraction, purification and separation of microbial fermentation is preferred.
3. Serious and responsible in work, strong learning ability, team spirit, strong ability to observe, analyze and solve problems.
4. Good expression and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
1. Establish and improve the company's financial management system as well as organize its implementation.
2. Establish and improve the company's internal control management system as well as organize its implementation.
3. Establish and improve the company's tax management system and organize its implementation.
4. Prepare financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries and issue financial reports.
5. Prepare financial budgets, regularly organize financial accounts, issue financial analysis reports, and provide decision-making basis or reasonable suggestions for the company's operation.6. Made overall tax plans for the company and its subsidiaries, presided over tax related work, standardized tax risks and rationalized tax costs.
7. Cooperate with internal and external audit.
Qualifications for Employment
1. Bachelor degree or above in financial management or accounting.
2. Intermediate accountant or above, more than 3 years of similar work experience.
3. Familiar with national fiscal and tax laws and policies, standards and policies.
4. Rich experience in financial system building, tax account coordination, budget management and financial risk control.
5. Dedicated, honest, responsible, logical, good at finding, analyzing and solving problems.
6. Experience in high-tech related positions is preferred.
7. People who have participated in IPO are preferred.
